distance in cards icon, inscriptions in percent

Is possible in new update or in new version to be distance in cards icon, inscriptions in percent, that be very good for BP.
Also I would also like to know in which direction the new version is going when it starts to be built, whether it will be web 3.0 will be easier for us to give realistic suggestions

There are currently no plans to support percentages in cards. This would means major redesign.
Wat do you mean by 'web 3.0'?

When i say web 3.0 design
I mean this
- Free positioning inside grids
- Element overlapping.
- Breaking the limitations of Bootstrap-like Grids.
- Text Over Image
Overlapping Images
Vertical Text & Super Clean Layouts
Uneven Grid Galleries

etc ssome of these things already have just maybe make them easier to use, and not to forget about the click menu change letters lowercase / - uppercase since I've been writing this for a long time, if a solution has been reached on how to add it to the tools in the menus, normally if possible

- Free positioning inside grids

This defeats the purpose of layout grids. Layout grids are design for flexible layouts, therefor elements inside a layout grid are floating.
If you want free positioning the you can place thee objetc outside the layout grid or use layers.

- Element overlapping.

This is possible if you use absolute fixed layout.
Also, in layout grids you can use negative margins to overlap elements

- Breaking the limitations of Bootstrap-like Grids.

This is possible with flex grids.

- Text Over Image

This is possible with watermarks or the rollover text object.
