Are images optimised

Post by Alan »

If a large resolution image is included on the web site and displayed on the page as a thumbnail or on a card as a small image, does Web Builder optimize the image size accordingly?
With a photo site, there may be both small and large displays of the same image, so should I size both images manually to fit the intended frame or placeholder?

Web Builder does not optimize your images, they will be published "AS IS".
The reason for this is that many users use dedicated software to optimize their images for the best quality / size.
There is no way that Web Builder can do a better job than that.
