Overlay Menu Button jumps out of Layout Grid

Hi !
I do have a Layout Grid with Hamburger Icon (Overlay Menu) as Top Row.
As soon as I scroll down the Icon jumps out of the Grid and ir remains on the Top of the Page.
Why ?
How can I prevent that ?

Maybe you have enabled 'affix'?
