Increments by 10

Hi, I'm sure somehow I've altered this myself, but not knowingly, and would prefer to return to the status quo.

When I used to move an object, either with the mouse, with the set of four arrow keys to the left of the Number keys, or via Properties, any setting would increment by just 1.

Now I find they're jumping in increments of 10, which is not helpful to me!

How might I regain normal control over these?

It sounds like you have enabled 'snap to grid' in Guide Settings.
