Gray background not showing on 320-Breakpoint

Hi all,

Working on a new page for a client here:

https://www.coleac.com/covid-19.php

Why isn't the dark-gray color background showing up on the 320-pixel width Breakpoint? If you visit any other pages on that website's 320-pixel-width Breakpoint version of the pages, the dark gray comes through just fine, and I have set it the same way on this page.

The darkgray background is part of "coleaccovid19Layer6"
This layer is hidden in the 320 breakpoint.

How is a Page's Background color in the

Right-click Page >> Page Properties >> Page Style

tied to a Layer? Other pages on this website also hide that same "Layer" in plenty of the other pages, and they still have that dark gray background on their pages. Example, the "FAQ" page at https://www.coleac.com/faq.php .

The page background is white.

On the desktop version, yes; but if you look at it on a smartphone, it's gray.
