Animated objects on scroll

Hello and sorry if this is a very basic question,

I've gone through the search to find an answer and or tutorial but everything is far beyond my knowledge.

I wanna make my website objects animate as i scroll down the page.
So far the objects animate on page load, which means by the time i scroll down the animation has finished.

I think i am missing the basics for this.
Do i need to make a special config from the very beginning?
Is there any step by step tutorial/post already in the forum that i can follow?

I've tried solutions from many posts (uncheck visibility for example) but i think i might have started from a wrong general config bc none of the changes i make to the layers or objects result in the behaviour changing to what i am looking for.

Thank you very much Pablo, easier than i thought...

There are so many css animations though... i will need to try one by one to see how they look like.
