why not refresc cache and page?

hi guys we have a proble.
we update same web page for client but after publish he see only old version.
so, reading on forum, we have use this script under META TAGS - USER DEFINED:

<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="max-age=0" />
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0" />
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="Tue, 01 Jan 1980 1:00:00 GMT" />
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache" />

but nothing. we need that if we cahnge same page he see new page!!

This is unrelated to the HTML, you will need to configure the cache in the server configuration.
