Text menu ok in preview, not in publish

I have a simple text menu that works in preview mode but not when I publish. I’m using an older version (WB11) but I don’t think that is the issue. Please can you help, as I cannot see what is wrong with the text menu to cause this. Thanks.

First please note WB 11 is no longer supported. With this said it is always best to provide a url so we can view and then see what you may have done wrong. It is most likely be related to you may not have published all files.

First note that WB11 is no longer supported.

But, to be able to help you I need to see what you have done.
What is the URL of the page and where exactly on the page do I need to look to see the problem?
