Copy to notebook

Hi, I have Web Builder installed on C:\Programs on my desktop-PC and also on C:\Programs of my Notebook. The data for my websites are stored on D: on both computers. Now when I copy my data from Desktop D: to Notebook D: the data of the copy are not complete. It seems that I must copy also something from C:\Programs to C:\Notebook ... but exactly what files? Thanks and furtheron Merry Christmas ......
