How to move all Publish info to new install on new computer

Hello,
I just purchased a new laptop and installed wysiwyg web builder on it. How do i move all website publish settings and all general settings from previous install of program on old laptop to my new laptop? It would take forever to input all of the publish settings for all of my websites if i had to do it manually. Please advise.
