15.1 to 15.2 upgrade

I purchased version 15.1 recently with an extension pack and everything worked fine for the navigation extensions yet I just upgraded to 15.2 and the extensions don’t work. Do I have to uninstall and re-install the extensions I downloaded and paid for with 15.1? Is there a process for 15.2? I know you don’t support them but it is a bit unfair to even advertise unsupported options that work on one version then on the very next sub version they don’t work. Am I missing a step for extensions? I hope that isn’t the case.

I could understand if such extensions didn’t work from version 11 to 12 etc. but 15.1 to 15.2? I have been using your product since version 9.

Version 15.2 is not an upgrade, it is just an update. It should not affect your extensions unless you installed it in a different folder. Or maybe you have installed the 64bit version instead of the 32bit version?

Can you please describe exactly what ‘does not work’? Is there an error?

Also note that paid extensions are supported.
