Center Horizontally

Post by dannac »

Testing a master page and one additional page.

Have one banner on master page and one small clipart object on additional page.

In page properties "do not center" and on preview, items are towards left of screen

Changing page properties to "center horizontally" and on preview, items not centered ... more to right of screen.

Default 970 page width.
My monitor is 1600.

Did you set the master page and content page to the same width?

Yes ... both set at 970.

Thanks for link but do not understand.
When zoomed out in web builder to see whole page, items are not centered within the 970 page width.

Based on the screenshot it does not look like you have centered the content.

I'm sorry, but the banner is still not centered.

- open the master page
- select the banner
- Arrange -> Center in page (horizontally)

Sorry ... see it now, thanks.

I was Alt Enter to open properties ... needed to right click to find it.
