Style for image in breakpoints

can i make when i create 411px breakpoint, images resize to width: 300px automatic?
With the help of a tool (maybe style - class tool)

i see that but It is not practical for me.
my image 520, 400 in default breakpoint and try to 385, 296 for 411px, and 300, 230 for 320 breakpoint
scale cant resolve my problem.
I doubt to class tool
is Will it solve my problem?
Is there any other solution?

If the automatic tool is not right for you then you can manually set the size.
