Video background not found

What are your settings, what file format are you using for the video. Maybe the file name is invalid.

This option is only available for Layers and Layout Grids. It can be used to display a video as background. YouTube and Vimeo URLs are supported. Local videos are not supported.
The format of the YouTube URL must be https://www.youtube.com/embed/W0LHTWG-UmQ and NOT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0LHTWG-UmQ !

Is it possible to choose the minute and second of the video to insert?

I think you can specify this in the URL of the video.

I'm trying to make it work that starts in minute 3 for example, but it doesn't work, it just starts from the beginning.
I already tried using these two options and neither works:

I just tried, but it doesn't work either.

Seems to work for me using the link I gave. You can see that it has started at 2m21secs by the clicking the video and it will display the time also you will notice thered bar has moved as well to 2m21s...

When you take the program, it just doesn't work. Start from the second 0

Please note that this has nothing to do with the software.
The video is played by YouTube, the software does not have any control over this.
