Multi-Page Properties or Site Properties

I there a way to have all one's breakpoints receive the option you choose in the above?
For instance, I want to change the background color for the whole site, but it will only change the color on the breakpoint that is open.
I have a site with 7 breakpoints and this would be extra work to have to open each breakpoint and then change the color for each individually.

WWB cannot access the colors in breakpoint when it's not active. Only the current view ca be modified.
