page width not vieweing ok in mobile

Hi, Im doing a page in 320px width as landing page for mobiles. But chrome or native navigator shows the page as it was 900 px (or else).
I checked all I could in project file but could not find the answer.

The page has no breakpoints so the browser will treat it as a desktop page.
