I have not been able to successfully create responsive header and footer.
I have a header i can add to all the pages via page /master page and it works perfectly but i can not add a footer?
Cheers,
Frank

Re: responsive header and footer on all pages
I must be dense... but when I make a master-page with a page header and page footer it seems to work on all pages but it's not responsive like the layer grids...it's more like a regular layer then a layergrid.

The tutorial includes 3 example projects to show you how to implement this.
Re: responsive header and footer on all pages
Thanks Pablo and Bluesman...
Yes I tried the links, thanks... That's why I thought the header and footer layers work more like LAYERS then Layoutgrids.
Setting the header and footer to float allows us to add responsive layoutgrids for content (just like a regular LAYER works set to floating)
So in essence, the PageHeader and PageFooter are not responsive like Layoutgrids.. and more like a regular LAYERs relying on breakpoints to adapt to the device its being viewed on.
Thanks,
Lasa

Re: responsive header and footer on all pages
Headers and footers are 'responsive', they are absolute/fixed container. But they can have different layouts in breakpoints.
Layout grids, which can also be used a headers or footer, are flexible and responsive.
