*** SOLVED ** Preview entire website--suddenly closes out WYSIWYG

Preview one page works, but when I try to preview entire website the program suddenly closes out, and I have to start the WYSIWYG program again. Happens all the time with the new 15 version (the latest).

Do you have the latest update (15.0.2)?
Can you please share the project so I can see if something is wrong?

I am also getting the same problem of preview causing WYSIWIG to close out but it is only with one of my four websites. I am running v 15.0.2 of the software.

Is it the published website or the Web builder files you need? The website is working OK because it was published before the problem occurred. However, here is the link:

If it is the web builder files then please tell me how to attach them to a reply.

Ahaa! Problem solved. The page had an image at the bottom of the page to take the viewer to the top of the page. The link was actually to an anchor at the top of the page. This worked in v14 of the software. However, I have removed the anchor and added an HTML snippit to the 'GoTo' image and all is well.

Ok, but that does not explain why the application closed.
Do you have an example project so I can investigate if something is wrong?

I understand that it does not explain why the application closed. I am happy to append the wbs file to an email but do not want to use the other options in FAQ for sending a file. So if I cannot use the email route then thank you for your time and patience.

Hi Pablo,
Just downloaded new ver15 today,24.7.19 tried to open my webproject and there is a problem with previewing the whole site, it crashes.
I can open and ask to preview 1 page at a time and it lets me no worries and I can even follow links to see all my pages.
This was never an issue in ver14 and this is a working website. I hadn't changed anything from when it last worked and rendered ok in the ver14. Just wondering if others are still having issues too? I am using the 32bit version as the 64bit was noted as not stable yet.

The 64bit version should be as stable as the 32bit version.
Did you try it to be sure this is not a memory limitation?

If that does not work then I need a copy of the project file to see if something is wrong.
