Will the new upgrade change my site?

Post by Bart Design »

Hi Pablo thanks for all the work on the new upgrade to WB 15.

I dont know what to do at this moment. My laptop is W7 and 64 bits. Reading that the new upgrade isn't stable yet and that it can look different/change the layout from my current site ...

My question; because i am at the point of making all my pages responsive, i like two know what to do in my case. Do i make my project still in the 4.4 version with the chance that it will look different when a upload to WB 5 64 bits. Or do i download to WB 5 32 bits? Please your advice. Thanks

There are currently no major issues with version 15 . All reported issues have already been fixed.
For all known compatibility issues there is also a solution.

If you computer supports 64bit then you can first try that version, if that does not work then you can always go back to 32bit.

If you are worried, install version 15 - it won't overwrite version 14. Then, open your project (it may come up automatically) and version 15 will tell you it was made by a previous version.

At this point, save it with a different name. Your old project will then still be available under v14.
