Login Panel is working but cant view input

My login panel is working but when people insert their username and password the panel indicates it is working but the letters cant be seen. However if I run the cursor back over the panel the letters are visible but people dont think to do that. Is there a way to make the input data visible. Thanks.

What is the URL of the page?
And what are your exact settings?

Maybe you have set the colour of the text to that of the input fields!. So if the the text is white as the input fields are then the text won't show!

Thank you. I didnt realise that the colour of the panel labels eg username and password titles would be the same colour as the input colour and only change after clicking "login".
