Can not open Web Site file(WB14.3.4)

My WB version is 14.3.4 and open old website file(.wbs) fail!!

I had reinstall but still fail, can not open.

But, I have test [Site Manager] -> [Select Project] -> [Mouse right click] -> [Import Page from Another Project...] -> [select open fail file] -> OK!!

Your project works for me, so I do not think there is anything wrong with the file.
Did you also try it on another computer?

I had try install my notebook and open project file,
but still can't open it and close WebBuilder.exe!!
Why ?
