*** SOLVED *** Can't Save New Project

I haven't used this program for awhile and now when I try to save a new project it shows an error message in a pop up box:

C:\Users\User\Documents\WYSIWYG\Web Builder\test.wbs
File Not Found
Check the file name and try again

This is the same path I always use which displays all the other projects I have created.

I tried File Save and File Save As but get the same error message and can't save.

What can I do to fix this?

Addendum:

I also cannot save any existing projects, get a different error message.

So I downloaded the current version, 14.3.2 which won't install, displays this error message:

An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory.
The system cannot find the file specified.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended) or Abort to cancel installation.

All other programs can save ok like notepad, browsers, email etc. Only WYSIWYG Web Builder can't save or install.

This is more than likely a permissions issue. Please ensure that the folder you are trying to install the program to can access it and has permission to do so. You can also try renaming the folder or removing it prior to installation. If this doesn't work for you it may be related to your AV/Firewall as before you will need to give them permissions by adding the software to their execeptions list.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried turning off the AV & firewall but didn't help.
It appears that only the WYSIWYG program can't save. I can save in the folder with
notepad and copy files into the folder. I can download files and save to the folder.

WYSIWYG can't save into any folder, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc..

I have found a fix. After the last Windows 10 update, it set "Controlled Folder Access" to on in the settings menu. I set it to off and problem fixed. I don't know why it only seem to affect the webuilder program but no matter, I'm happy now.
