I have used this in the past

its a salon booking app but you can make it anything you like and it will integrate into anywebsite via a button or a form and the good thing its totally free

No not as such, you will need to use a external script for this just as GrahamW has mentioned. And if Open Table provides you with HTML and any relevant code you can bring into WWB using the HTML Object:
