Very useful tool to share with you

Post by Adendum »

Hi,

A couple of days ago I had some issues with All Web Menus and how it works with WWB and the Likno AWM support guy wanted to see what I was doing. So he asked me to install TeamViewer, so I did.

What an awesome little application!!!! I used to be a Mikogo user for this kind of remote stuff but this knocks the socks off Mikogo. Highly recommended.

Same here too.
For my overseas clients who had critical issues, I have been using TeamViewer

For something simple and free I use Crossloop.

I've used LogMEIn for similar reasons but it requires initial direct install on the recipient's computer so not always practical.

Best part is TeamViewer free version is fully functional and the client doesnt need to install anything, just needs to run a small exe file on his PC to allow connectivity.

I might try TV out. How does the client get the small exe file?

I have done and I've downloaded TV. Before I install it on my PC I would just like to know where the client gets the small exe file.

Here, download this...send it to your client and ask him to run the application or direct him to download it from the TV site:
