I have uploaded my website. However there are links to some PDF files which can be downloaded. How can I set them up to prevent downloading or copying but allow reading?

The mistake I was making is that I was going to FILE->NEW FROM TEMPLATE instead of PAGE->NEW PAGE -> NEW PAGE FROM TEMPLATE.

I am looking for a way to make my menu at the top of the home page to remain static, even when I scroll down it should remain visible without disappearing. Which menu can I use? Does CSS menu work that way?
