I have recreated all files again and uploaded to the server, still have the problem. I have cleared cache etc on the various browsers I use.

Sorry, Pablo, I don't understand your comment - "rename the 'documents' folder before running the setup? " Can you explain please what you mean. I haven't renamed any documents folder.

Tried installing 32 bit version now have error:-

This Firewall is disabled. The extension file is renamed as suggested but the program is still not working.
Do you suggest I delete the full program and reinstall it from a new download or have you another suggestion?
