If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card or check is approved, an email will be sent to you with the activation key to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. We must enforce this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test the fully functional trial versions prior to making a purchase. Once you have activated the software you will no longer qualify for a refund. UPGRADE POLICY:
Updates (fixes/small new features) are free.
For example if you've purchased version 16 then the current version 16.x is available free of charge for registered users. The software is updated very frequently. Updates and extra features are being release almost every month (for free!).

Upgrades (major new versions) are not free but can be purchased with a discount. Developing a major new version requires significant research, design, development and testing time. Once a year (approx. 15 - 18 months) we release a major new version (=upgrade) with many new features and enhancements. For example: version 16 has more than 200 new features and improvements compared to version 15.4! The upgrade price is usually 33% of the current sales price.
We do not force you to purchase an upgrade. Older versions will continue to work the way they did when you've purchased them.
If a new version will be released within 60 days after your purchase, you will get the upgrade free of charge.
