is the a way to add Google reviews to a template with in WWB or is there a Google Reviews Widget that works well, a plus would be a free one.

Maybe the following might be of interest Socialable KIT and HTML Google Reviews widget
If you already have a widget then you can add to the page using the following Adding HTML, Javascript or PHP to a web page
There is a review extension but...it is not "free" by buying your are supporting Pablos great work.
