Is there some sort of hidden padding in a carousel?
I have a carousel of three images. As each images changes I have different phrases of text that animate into each scene. One thing i have noticed is that when I position the text where I would like it to appear inside the carousel...the text seems to be offset by about 20 pixels from it position in WYSIWYG when i preview it in a browser.
I tested this by positioning the text to the very left hand side of the carousel to see what it would do when previewed in a browser. Sure enough, it repositions over about 20-30 pixels from the edge.
What's going on with that?

Re: Quick Carousel question
The software has thousands of options and millions of possible combinations, so it is difficult to say anything meaningful about this without seeing your settings.
For example, it could be margin or the object itself.

Re: Quick Carousel question
I can provide it. Where do i send it to?
I assure though there's no margin or padding settings.
You could do this yourself easily enough. Just create an empty page...put a carousel in there and turn off all the navigation on the carousel. Then put a simple piece of text in the carousel to the very left hand edge and preview it in a browser and you will see that the text shifts over about 20 pixels

Re: Quick Carousel question
Unless you are leaving some settings or steps out, I followed the instructions exactly and the text is on the far left. There is no text shifting.
Here is what I see in WB:

and what I see in the browser:

It would be more helpful if you provided a demo project so we can see what you have. For example, what do you have for the Type setting? There are 5 settings for this. Is the carousel stretched the entire width of the page? Do you have the Responsive Carousel checked? etc, etc.
You can upload a copy of your .wbs project file to your server and then just supply a link here for us to download.

Re: Quick Carousel question
You have to use file sharing sites and provide links, as there is no attachment facility here. WeTransfer or IONOS Hi-Drive Share are two options.I can provide it. Where do i send it to?
