Missing .DLL

With the latest update I get this when opening the program.
Suggestions?

Can it be asked not to use https://i.imgur.com due to that users in the UK cannot view images from them as it blocked!

This is a standard system file, not specific for WWB.
This issue is most likely related to a missing or corrupt Microsoft Visual Studio runtime installation.
