[SOLVED] Camping Template - FAQ

I have tried several times to install the WB21 Camping template, following the online instructions, and failed.

All I am interested in is the FAQ: can somebody tell me how that was created, please?

Fairly expert at Microsoft Excel (but not VBA) & Affinity by Canva (for page layout).
