I am attempting to upload changes to my website via your publish dialogue box. When I choose Standard file transfer protocol I get a message publish failed. When I choose Secure Shell I get the message that the files are uploaded successfully but the website is not updated at all (clearing my browser history or viewing on a new computer doesn't help).
I have also tried using Filezilla to update, but with the same results. I am dragging the contents of the folder relating to the current version of the website, which are in the wysiwyg web builder file on my computer. I have noticed though that there are only image files in this folder when I search through it, no .css or other files. Could this be part of the problem?
Thank you

Re: problems with uploading site
Are you uploading to the correct folder? Some hosts require this (often a folder called public or web). Check the FTP details from your host. Who is the host?
Why aren't you letting the uploader do it for you? Are these published files or the WWB working files that you are trying to upload?I am dragging the contents of the folder relating to the current version of the website, which are in the wysiwyg web builder file on my computer. I have noticed though that there are only image files in this folder when I search through it, no .css or other files.

Re: problems with uploading site
Note that I have also answer your email, it may have ended up in your spam.
Most web hosts no longer support standard FTP because of security risks so you may need to switch to Secure ftp or FTPS
Note that if you have the same issue with FileZilla then the issue is not directly related to the software .
Maybe you have uploaded the files to the wrong folder?
If you need my help with this then I need to know you exact configuration, because every web account needs different settings. So, there is no way for me to know what is wrong unless I have all the details.
