The footer seems to be working. I have checked in multiple browsers.
What do I need to do to see the issue?

Confirmed on my iPhone - footer is visible.

You have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see it - are you expecting something else?

Hi Pablo. Watching the site on the desktop is working fine but from the smartphone I am unable to see the footer that is correctly there but if you scroll the page until the bottom end, the page is flickering and the footer is missed...
Thank you.

I also do not have a Android phone.
However, this should not matter. This is standard HTML functionality.

But there is a very large space between the content and the footer, so maybe you will need to solve that first?

The length of the page is determined by the content, not by the page size, this only affects the workspace.

See also 'There is a large is empty space at the bottom or right side of my page.' in the FAQ:

I meant a copy of the project file itself (.wbs). Just viewing the page doesn't help.

That isn’t the project file. You need to upload the .wbs file to a sharing site and then post a link.

I just loaded the project and WWB 21 told me it was created with a previous version - 2010. Surely not?

In the 480 bp, there's a large gap between the last object and the footer. Could it be that you haven't scrolled down far enough?

Unfortunately, I do not have Android device, so I cannot try this myself.

But what you can do if remove objects from the page one by one until you have found the one that is causing the issue.

Hi Pablo. Following your suggestions, I have dismantled the site and redo, rearrange everything but the issue is still there and I am at a standstill.
Please see the project at:

Thanks for any suggestion.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Note that I cannot see what you have done based on the published page (HTML), because the software has thousands of options and millions of possible combinations.
So, there is no way to know which options you have used by looking at the HTML only.

For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

Re: Footer not visible

I ran a few additional tests on your project, and I think the issue is related to a conflict with the on-scroll animations.

When I remove all of the on-scroll animations, the project behaves as expected. Since there are a large number of animations on the page, identifying the specific one causing the problem will likely take some time. The most effective way to isolate the issue is to disable them one by one until the problematic animation is found.

It is also possible that the page simply contains too many animations for the mobile browser to handle reliably. The software itself does not have any limitations on the number of animations you can add. However, beyond a certain point, browser performance may degrade or fail due to the overall complexity of the page.

Regarding the footer:
Because you are using a fixed layout, the design will only display correctly at the width it was created for. In this case, that width is 480 pixels. If the screen width is anything other than exactly 480 pixels, the footer will not appear full width because it has a fixed size.

This is expected behavior with a fixed layout. You will need to add more breakpoints to support different screen sizes.

I strongly recommend reviewing the layout mode tutorial to better understand the differences between fixed and flexible layouts. With a flexible layout, containers scale automatically to adapt to different screen sizes.
