Send form info lands on thankyou page. No errors ... but do not receive data from form at email address

Do you get any errors if so what does the error log say? If it still doesn't work then there may be a issue on your server which you should first contact and ask of any known issues.

If you need further assistance then please provide the requested information as mentioned under 'Very important note'.

I had this working a couple years ago. Do not recall doing anything special with web host.
Diff computer now and do not have that file.

Today, everything seemed to work and did not get any errors, and after "send" I would see the Thank you page.
.... but would not receive any data at the two email locations I tried ( checked both spam and trash )

After reviewing the FAQ link, I tried advanced mail engine smpt stuff but not sure if I did correctly.
After "send" I no longer received the Thank you page nor receive the data.

Will try to contact web host to see if PHP is enabled i guess.

Only your webhost can tell you what the correct SMTP settings are.

There is no way for me to help you if I do not know what the settings should be or what the error is.

"Can I sent email via PHP and what the exact (SMTP) settings?"

WWB supports all common settings; however, the specific configurations required depend on your web host.
Unfortunately, I cannot determine the exact settings you will need. Only your webhost can give you the correct configuration.

Thanks for that explanation .... webhost provided smtp settings and it is working now.

Next is to try and add a captcha ... which is the easiest to setup or do you advise on a certain type ?

using default as an example when i click to input the letters/numbers
a large green button marked "undefined" covers the original box holding letters/numbers

Thanks but do not see how to make it part of form in the link above " Anti Spam ", or you referring to some other documented help ?

Just drag & drop the captcha object to the form.
This works the same as with other form elements.

You can access the help via the help menu or F1.

I've the same problem. On my website https://www.sy-saudade.com i have two forms on different sites. One works perfect (Contact) form and the sending person becomes the Thanks site and i get the data.
In the site Törns you can order one and came to the site Buchung (its a complete form) its the same programming like the contact form but it doesn't work. After sending came a white site. Im testing many attitudes special in the field birthday., but without no result. If there is an german speaking admin i would be glad if he can me helping mabe by teamviewer.

Form was build by form assistent part to part
After pressing the Paybuttom nothing happens in Firefox. Only new white page. In Edge i get error code 500
In Formprozessor mail i takethe same like in the contact form, PHPmailer-mail

Did you publish all files?

Without knowing what you have done, it will be very difficult to help you.
