is there anyway i can create a donate button that goes straight to the bank authorises the transfer etc ?

Maybe you can use the PayPal donation button?
Or else you will need to implement a custom script that works with your bank. There is no generic solution for that.

Donations as you said. Try ko-fi gateway or even use buy me a coffee which is 3rd party donation platforms where then you can withdraw money afterwards. But it is up to you so check their terms and conditions and see if it suits you. You can also take consultation from your bank too.
