Hi, i have some questions in regards to WWB Webshop plus 3.0:

I changed the Order Start number to 1001, but still i get ex, Order nr: 101

I can't chow åäö correct in email. i changed field the Form chr set: ISO-8859-1 in admin.
and in the forms on: cart, customer, checkout pages
and in the DBTS FP in the thank you page i also set to ISO-8859-1.

As you might have read, recommended is UTF-8.

Did you try this ?

Order number: once the Order number file is created, it can't be changed anymore.
You should delete the "orderid.php" file from the server so that the cart creates a new order number file.

OK, thank's i'l try this. How about: Can i remove this field from the email?

You can't remove the Order ID from the mail.

Great, also look at the bottom. Totalt, SEK, sometimes it shows 0.00?

It worked whit UTF-8 now åäö is working

I got it now. It is for i have links that takes a customer directly to customer page whit out going to to cart page and thees links are not in any form. This dont seam to work. Bot i removed the links now, so no worrys.

Hi, i still have some problems whit åäö. If i set it UTF-8 in admin area. The info in the mail is OK, but headre and fotter messages set in DBTS FP dont show åäö(eaven if i set it to UTF-8 in DBTS FP)
And if i set ISO-8859-1 in DBTS FP then the Header and fotter messages are ok, but then the rest of the info in email dont show åäö? Any idea?

As I mentioned, this is something that I need to fix.

Hey i'v solved the åäö thing by using this in admin area and avery ware i need åäö: åäöÅÄÖ = å ä ö Å Ä &Ouml
So insted of ex, ö i put in ö

But i also put in a logo in the mail and then the total price fileds look wrong, se the image

The Summa SEK should bee more to the right, dont you think?

Either make your logo narrower or make the table width as large as the log and will be ok. You are using a logo that is larger than your table set width......
