Google Search Console reports multiple redirect errors

I am getting error reports from the Google Search Console that multiple pages on my website have redirects where no redirection has been set. They do all use a content place holder to display a menu that is located on my master page. Previously this hasn't been reported as an error. I am not sure whether I should have uploded the master page. I do exclude it from the site map.

Maybe you have not set pages which are canonical. Make sure all non-canonical pages redirect to one single url.

Are you sure you are not using any redirects such as in the likes of a .htaccess. What is the error message you are getting when inspecting url's in Google Search Console. How are you indexing the page(s) are you using the likes of nofollow, noindex. Are you using more than one menu? Is the following the site in question?
