2 things, i, sill getting a 404 on most pages and URL missing dont see how to correct them. I have turned off the Virus program and still my site www.patriotsforliberty.us will only publish the main pages not most on my menu. Also on the FTP when i enter all the info under NEW it does not appear in the drop down menu.

Please see the following url below regarding naming conventions of pages for example using lowercase rather than upper, should not contain special characters or.dots ie mypage .newpage.html (in red)
Many of the pages that are throwing the 404 is due to missing the page extension ie .html or .php either you have manually removed externally or you used "Hide file extensions you can configure (uncheck) this in Tools -> Options -> Publish -> Hide file extension in links. Note: This is for advanced users only as it requires the use of .htacess already mentioned. In the help.
