I sent a "Request serial number" for WYSIWYG 14, and immediately got my serial #

But when I put it on I get a message saying I could only use that number for WYSIWYG 12.

I know I have several account thru the years that have used different versions, but I'm sure this website was using 14, because the icon link is on my computer.

You will have received this probably because the serial was associated with the email used to purchase WWB12 not WWB14. I suggest you contact Pablo at the following orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com with the correct email and order number you should have received after purchase of WWB14.
Please do not post anything here and wait for Pablos reply.
