Hi I have WS 16, but when i try to follow the instructions to make a demo login site (as per video and web instructions), I cant as there is no demo templates installed. Where can i download the demo template from to manually install it?

The demo is included in the standard setup.
But maybe you have changed system folder? In that case, you will have to move the template to the new location.

thanks for the quick reply, I tried all of the things in the links you gave, non worked, and I still had all the dividers ect available. So i searched for all .WPT files on my pc, there wasnt a demo one. Re-installed wb16 and thats sorted it.
