I have started a new project and given it a name (i.e., Rotten Cats).
In Site Manager, that is the title. Below that in the tree directory, are branches "index", and below in the same tree that is "page 1".
The title page, has my introductory information, and will have five subpages/links.
Am I doing this right so far?

Re: Creating a new project
Sounds like it. The index page will be your home page. The other pages should be the same tree structure level. If the other pages will have a similar design, once you have one created, use the clone to create a new page and rename it and edit the page properties. Also if you want the same header and footer on each page you want to create a Master page that will put the header and footer on all the other pages.
