Hello everyone,
I would like to use a progress bar to display the scrolling process, which is displayed at the top. Does anyone have an idea how to do that? I would be very happy about your help.

but i want the bar to be permanently displayed over the whole webpage and when i fix the bar then it shows no movement and without fixation i can only see the bar in the section where it is placed on the webpage
