How to embed button HTML code to a button in to the edit page button?

I have HTML Code for a buy button
I created a button from the toolbox entered the HTML code for this button and the preview doesn't place the coded button in the position as per edit page button.
How do I fix this?

You can use an HTML object to add custom HTML code to the page.

The code will be inserted "AS IS"

Note that some third party code only works when the page is online.
