How to Make Links in Online Tutorials Not Same as V18

The online tutorial about making links to another page on a website does not apply to what is in Version 18.
Here is what the online tutorial shows: Link to a page on your own web site
Set the Link To option to Internal Web Page. Click 'Select' to choose a page. This will list all pages which are part of the current web site project. Select one of the pages and a relative link will automatically be created (eg ./products.html).
This option is not available in Version 18. What has taken its place?
