That is, it should be adaptive for different devices.
However, it is not adaptive for me (for both versions of this menu)

When opening the Drop Down Menu (CSS Mega Menu ), the background is translucent and the text of the page is visible under it, respectively.

The main menu will not change. The responsiveness will be applied to the dropdown menu.
When the breakpoints is reached then the sub menus will switch from columns to rows.

Bootstrap Mega Menu is a great menu, but it doesn't have the dropdown submenu option on mouse hover (only after mouse click)
If such an option appeared, then it would be fine!

In your demo, the background is not transparent. The menu is not on the foreground.

To solve: select the text and choose 'Move to back' in the arrange tools.
