There is a Gradient Text in the Read-to-use Scripts but for some reason it does not work. :?

This can be done with
Text Art
output -> CSS
background gradient animated with CSS animations.

This option is only available in WB18.
But it may also be possible with a heading and background clip.

If we are talking about:
How about some creative inspo?

Great ideas are game-changers. Here are some suggestions to get you started.
Over at https://www.movavi.com/ then I would LOVE to have that effect available for use in WWB.

The effect in the example is a heading with background gradient (rainbow) where the background position is animated.
You can also do this in WWB.

In my demo I have used a standard gradient (rainbow2) and animation (background-position).
If you want to to look more closely to the example then you can also create your own gradient in the Style Manager.

You can download my project here:

I'm not using 18 yet but I have the same question: "can control colors speed?". Does it look like fluid? That would be the ultimate.

Yes, of course! It's a standard animation.
