View uploaded photos on Server

I have searched the FAQs but maybe the way I have phrased the enquiry is incorrect. My situation (and this is just a trial to begin with) is that I want visitors to my website uploading photos from an upcoming event with no specific file names etc. What I would like to do is view the uploaded photos via a webpage or at list a list of the files. I have no problems in uploading the photos but cannot find an extension that would solve this issue of viewing the files.
