Modal layer not showing correct in breakpoints

Hi. Having a problem with a Modal layer that triggers with button upper right corner "EMPLEADOS" Shall show middle center. In default mode 1920 pxl it shows correct. But when going down to breakpoints 1460 and under the layer background disapears??
Can't figure out this.

Right click on the modal layer and uncheck "Include Visibility (RWD)". Now you can uncheck the "visible" box in the object manager to hide it and it will work.

Thanks a lot crispy. I would never figure out that, even though I went through some documentation, have done this on other sites but never had to do this setting before. Is it a new function?

Ok... got it Pablo. tnx. Checked my older project... and yes i was using another object/layer in thet case.
