Hi Pablo ... sorry but cannot figure this out and could use some input.

I have 4 simple contact forms on a website, each on their own page

2 forms work as required ... 2 create this warning message

Please enter only letter, digit and whitespace characters in the "comments" field

All forms are in a Layout Grid

SETTINGS ON BOTH FORMS:

FORM > GENERAL ... CHECKED Use built-in PHP form processor script

ADVANCED > Miscellaneous > These items are checked

-Include IP address in form data
-Enable server sided validation (anti-spam)
-Do not allow URLs in form data (anti-spam)
-Check inf the domain of the specified email address is valid (look up MX record)

I have check settings on working forms and error producing forms ... all settings are identical except for send to email address, subject line and message (each form sends to a specific email address)

All 4 forms are using the same SUCCESS PAGE and ERROR PAGE

I cannot see what you have done based on the published page..
But it looks like you have enabled form validation for this input field.
