My project have a 'Layer' and config 'Form' to enable form.

There is an error in your configuration.

In the validation settings of 'edtDate' you have set the type to 'custom' bu you did not enter a valid regular expression.

However, if not set, the default value should be '' isn't it?

But... you did select 'custom' so then it's your responsibility to enter a valid value.
If you do not enter anything then you will end up with invalid code.
